Return & Exchange Policy
We offer both returns and exchanges on our skincare products under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange Window:
You must request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged or received in incorrect condition.
We do not accept returns without a valid reason.
Product Condition:
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and with original packaging.
Unboxing Video (Required):
To claim a damaged product, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
Return Shipping Cost:
If the product is damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the product is not damaged, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets our conditions.
